Policy for Local Rate: The domestic rates provided here will only be applicable to Sri Lankans and/or Sri Lankan resident visa holders. If the guest is a Sri Lankan national, they must present their national ID upon check-in. For resident visa holders, relevant documents should be produced at the time of check-in. In the case of group bookings, each guest must present the mentioned identification for the domestic rates to apply. Failure to satisfy these terms will result in the standard USD rate being charged at check-in.
The rate is valid only for Sri Lankans and resident visa holders.

A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received 20 days before the date of arrival, No refund thereafter.
